The service
Standard Nutrition provides tools for nutrition targets, food management, meal planning and daily tracking, for personal and informational use.
Not medical advice
The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Calculated targets are estimates. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are under 18.
Subscriptions
- Full access requires Standard Nutrition Premium, offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
- A free trial may be offered; eligibility and length are set in the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Without an active subscription, existing data stays visible in read-only mode.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your device and Apple Account secure, and use the app lawfully.
Third-party services
Some features use Apple services and Open Food Facts. Their terms apply, and food data from third parties may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Intellectual property
All rights in the app, including design, code and branding, are reserved. Third-party content such as anatomy models is used under its own licenses.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from its use.
Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Termination and changes
We may suspend access if required by law or if these terms are violated. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
